Patna: The FIR copy related to the incident at the coaching centre associated with Khan Sir has named Roshan Anand as one of the key accused, along with two others who have already been arrested. The complaint has been lodged by Kanhaiya Kumar Singh, who manages operations at Khan Global Studies in Musallahpur Haat.
Police have registered seven serious charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), citing allegations of violence, vandalism, threats and criminal conspiracy.
Allegations in FIR
According to the complaint, the incident occurred on the night of June 2 when a group allegedly entered the premises and engaged in a confrontation that escalated into violence. The FIR further alleges assault on a security guard, damage to property and a threat to blow up the coaching centre within two days.

- Rioting and Unlawful Assembly (BNS Sections 190, 191(2)): Allegation of gathering with intent to commit violence and disturb public order.
- Obstructing Passage and Wrongful Restraint (BNS Section 126(2)): Alleged use of force against a security guard, including physically blocking and restraining movement.
- Voluntarily Causing Hurt (BNS Section 115(2)): Alleged physical assault resulting in injury to a security guard.

- Criminal Conspiracy (BNS Section 61(2)): Allegation that the incident was planned and executed in coordination with others.
Arrests and Investigation
Police have arrested Roshan Anand along with two associates, Abhishek and Gaurav, in connection with the case. All three have been sent to Beur Jail under judicial custody.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing and evidence including CCTV footage, witness statements and complaint details are being examined.
Situation in Musallahpur Haat
Following the incident, Khan Sir’s coaching institute remained closed for a day. Students gathered outside the premises, raising slogans, which prompted deployment of additional police personnel to maintain order in the area.
