Vaishali: Three people were killed and seven others critically injured in a devastating road accident on the Hajipur-Lalganj Road near Kanchanpur Dhanushi, in the jurisdiction of Kartaha police station.
According to reports, the victims were travelling in an auto-rickshaw when it was struck by a speeding bus. The impact left three dead at the scene, while the injured were rushed to nearby hospitals for emergency treatment.
The accident sparked outrage among local residents, who blocked the road in protest, demanding stricter action against reckless driving. Police officials arrived promptly to manage the situation and have launched an investigation into the incident.
