Patna: A Pool Campus Placement Drive will be held for diploma graduates in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from institutions under Bihar’s Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education.
The State Board of Technical Education has announced that Hindalco Industries Limited, Odisha, will conduct the drive for the position of Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET). The opportunity is open exclusively to students from the 2025 graduating batch.
A total of 121 students have been shortlisted for the written examination by the company via email. The list has been sent to principals of government polytechnic institutions, with instructions to ensure the information is conveyed to the selected candidates through their respective Training and Placement Officers (TPOs).
The placement process will take place at the campus of Naveen Government Polytechnic Patna-13, with the written examination scheduled for August 4 at 10:00 am, followed by personal interviews on August 5.
