SP Bhanu Pratap’s Wife Admitted To IGIMS Again Amid Ongoing Family Dispute

Patna: Pooja, wife of Khagaria SP and IPS officer Bhanu Pratap Singh, was admitted to the emergency ward of the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS) in Patna on Friday amid an ongoing family dispute.

According to hospital sources, Pooja repeatedly raised her demand for custody of her child and expressed concerns about being kept away from her daughter.

Allegations Of Harassment

According to the sources, Pooja claimed that she had been facing harassment for a prolonged period and was being denied her rights. She also accused her husband of causing her distress.

She reportedly said she was facing difficulties in meeting her child and repeatedly raised the issue during her stay at the hospital.

The allegations could not be independently verified.

Family Dispute In Public Domain

The dispute between Bhanu Pratap Singh and his wife has been the subject of public discussion for some time.

Pooja has previously alleged that she was being kept away from her daughter and has levelled allegations against her husband and in-laws.

There were also earlier reports of her receiving treatment at IGIMS after her health deteriorated amid the family dispute.

The latest hospital admission comes as the dispute over access to the child continues.
