Patna: Tensions between coaching institutes linked to Khan Sir and Roshan Anand have escalated further after a new CCTV video surfaced online, reportedly showing a poster being torn at a shared campus space in Patna on May 31 around 11:30 PM.
The dispute has already led to police action and multiple rounds of questioning, while the latest footage has added new claims to the ongoing investigation.
CCTV Footage Claims
According to reports and circulating video clips, an individual is seen tearing down a poster related to a felicitation programme for Gyan Bindu Coaching.
It has been alleged that the person seen in the footage is associated with the coaching centre linked to Khan Sir. However, there has been no official confirmation from the police verifying the identity of the individual or the claims made around the footage.
The poster was reportedly placed within a shared campus area where multiple coaching centres operate, and the incident is said to have triggered an argument between staff members of both institutes.
Escalation and Counter-Claims
Following the alleged poster incident, reports suggest that another poster related to Khan Sir’s coaching institute was subsequently placed on the board of Gyan Bindu Coaching.
Authorities have not independently verified the sequence of events, and the matter remains under investigation.
Police Investigation Underway
Police action is already ongoing in connection with an earlier incident involving alleged firing and unrest at the coaching centre premises under Kadamkuan Police Station jurisdiction.
Earlier, viral footage showing alleged firing had led to the detention and questioning of two security personnel linked to Khan Sir’s coaching institute. Officials also seized a firearm for forensic examination, according to reports.
Police have not issued a final statement confirming responsibility in either case, and the investigation remains active.
Student Protest and Demands
Separately, students gathered at Musallahpur Hat demanding the release of Roshan Anand. Protesters claimed he was innocent and called for his release while also demanding action against Khan Sir.
Slogans were raised during the gathering, and the situation remained tense as police continued to monitor developments.
Authorities have stated that all evidence, including CCTV footage and forensic reports, will be examined before drawing conclusions in the case. No official findings have been released so far.
