Muzaffarpur: Langat Singh College, Muzaffarpur celebrated the outstanding success of Shreya, a final-year student of the BCA department (2022–25 batch), who secured an All India Rank (AIR) of 24 in the NIMCET 2025 examination. The felicitation ceremony was held at the Principal’s office, where Principal Om Prakash Roy commended her for this notable academic feat.
NIMCET is a competitive national-level entrance test conducted for admission to MCA programmes offered by prestigious National Institutes of Technology (NITs) across India.
Speaking at the event, Principal Prakash Roy said Shreya’s achievement has brought pride and honour to the institution. He praised her dedication, discipline, and determination, and urged other students to draw motivation from her success. He also referred to the college’s continuing legacy of excellence, recalling that another BCA student, Aniket Mani, had secured AIR 1 in NIMCET 2024.
Highlighting the importance of quality education in professional courses, Prakash said the success of students reflects the institution’s commitment to high-standard training. He emphasised that the college has been working to align its curriculum with industry demands, placing special focus on practical learning, communication, and soft skill development.
Expressing her gratitude, Shreya thanked the faculty members of the BCA department for their consistent support during her exam preparation.
The ceremony was attended by faculty members including Rituraj Kumar, Rajeshwar Kumar, Navin Kumar, Shamshir Ali, Ravikant, Kunjes Kumar, Sujit Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, and Rishi Kumar.
