Let’s Inspire Bihar Mission Gathers Momentum with Youth Dialogue in Khagaria
Khagaria: A youth dialogue programme was held on Saturday at Koshi College, organised by the Khagaria chapter of the Let’s Inspire Bihar Mission. IPS officer Vikas Vaibhav attended as the chief guest, with industrialist and youth icon Nishikant Kushwaha as the special guest. The event attracted a large gathering of young people.
In his address, IPS Vikas Vaibhav highlighted the need for innovative solutions to tackle unemployment in Bihar, which has a population of over 90 million youths. “Not everyone can secure a job,” Vaibhav remarked, “so we need to create opportunities for every young person to find employment.” He called for increased momentum for the Let’s Inspire Bihar Mission, which aims to transform Bihar into a developed state by 2047. Through the mission, discussions are held on education, equality, and entrepreneurship, encouraging collaboration rather than conflict. Vaibhav noted that more than 150,000 people have already joined the initiative, which connects and inspires individuals to contribute to Bihar’s development.
Vaibhav also praised individuals like Nishikant Sinha, an entrepreneur from Nawada who has built a successful business in Gujarat while supporting educational initiatives in Bihar. Sinha’s efforts, Vaibhav said, embody the spirit of cooperation fostered by the Let’s Inspire Bihar Mission.
Nishikant Sinha echoed these sentiments, expressing pride in officers like Vikas Vaibhav, who dedicate their time to inspire and guide the youth of Bihar. He urged attendees to support the mission.
During the event, the Khagaria chapter of the mission was expanded, with coordinators appointed down to the Panchayat level. IPS Vikas Vaibhav distributed appointment letters to the new coordinators. The programme began with a welcome song performed by Bhajan singer Rajiv Kumar Singh, accompanied by singer Gopal Pathak. The event concluded with Vaibhav leading the participants in an oath to support Bihar’s journey towards development.
The event was organised by District Chief Coordinator of the Khagaria chapter Nayan Kumar, along with coordinators Hemant Kushwaha, Nirmal Dev, and others. Youth Coordinator E Yuvraj Gaurav played a key role in organising the programme. Several local figures, including teacher Manoj Kumar, businessman Rajkumar Agarwal, and Mukhiya Munna Pratap, also spoke in support of the Let’s Inspire Bihar Mission.
At the end of the programme, several talented young people were honoured with medals for their contributions.
