Patna: The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Patna celebrated Teachers’ Day with a lively showcase of cultural programs organised by students, reflecting their appreciation for the faculty’s guidance and mentorship. The event featured performances, creative presentations, and heartfelt tributes, underscoring the strong bond between students and teachers.
Col. Rahul Sharma, Director of NIFT Patna, attended the celebration and lauded the students’ efforts, emphasising the role of such occasions in reinforcing teacher-student relationships.
The day was further enlivened by the presence of Mr. Shivam Singh, winner of the prestigious Mr. India title and an alumnus of the 2017 batch. His journey from the classrooms of NIFT Patna to the national stage served as an inspiration for current students. Mr. Singh interacted with students and faculty, sharing insights from his career and encouraging them to pursue their ambitions with dedication and perseverance.
In his address, Col. Sharma expressed pride in the accomplishments of NIFT alumni like Mr. Singh and urged students to uphold the institute’s tradition of excellence.
