Patna: The Mega Job Fair-2025 in Patna brought happiness to many families as over 900 youth were selected for jobs on its fourth day. The fair was organised by the Bihar Skill Development Mission under the Labour Resources Department at the Dashrath Manjhi Labour and Employment Study Institute. On Sunday, more than 3,500 young people took part in the fair, hoping to find good job opportunities.
Before the interviews began, motivational speakers gave special training to all participants. They taught the youth how to stay confident, think positively, and answer interview questions properly. Many candidates said this training was very helpful and made them feel less nervous during interviews.
The Mega Job Fair will end tomorrow on July 15, which is also World Youth Skills Day. On the last day, some of the selected candidates will be given their appointment letters during the closing ceremony. Officials said the fair was organised to help the youth of Bihar become skilled and get jobs in good companies.
More than 80 well-known companies took part in this fair. These included big names like L&T, Muthoot Finance, Zomato, MRF Limited, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Barbeque Nation, and many others. The organisers said such job fairs give hope to young people and connect them with employers easily.
