Patna: Two people, including a car driver, were injured in a collision between a tractor and a car near Shivnar on National Highway 31 in Patna on Tuesday. The tractor driver fled the scene following the accident, and the Patna Traffic Police have launched a search for the driver and the vehicle.
A highway patrolling interceptor vehicle and a Patna Traffic Police team reached the accident site after receiving information about the collision.
Injured Taken To Hospital
The police team arranged for both injured people to be taken to a hospital for initial medical treatment.
The car involved in the accident bears registration number BR01PG 3444. According to the information provided, its owner, Ayush Singh Rajput, is a resident of the Bakhri police station area in Begusarai district.
Police Search For Tractor Driver
The tractor driver fled the spot after the collision. The traffic police are searching for the driver and the tractor to initiate legal proceedings.
Police are also investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident to establish the sequence of events.

According to the Patna Traffic Police, the situation at the accident site remained under control, and traffic movement on NH-31 was restored to normal.
