Patna: Patna has reason to celebrate as Samridhi, a senior engineer with BOSCH Limited in Pune, was honoured with the Best Young Manager Award at the National Competition for Young Managers 2025, organised by the All India Management Association (AIMA) in New Delhi.
The award recognises emerging leaders in management who demonstrate professional excellence, innovative thinking and leadership potential.
Samridhi, who grew up in Patna, completed her education before moving to Pune for her professional career. Her father, Birendra Kumar Shukla, serves as Deputy Director-cum-Public Relations Officer to the Chief Minister under the Government of Bihar, while her mother, Pallavi Shukla, is a homemaker.
The recognition is being seen as a proud achievement not only for her family but also for Bihar, highlighting the growing presence of young professionals from the state in national and global platforms.
