Patna: The Placement and Career Counselling Cell, Patna Women’s College successfully organised a Campus Placement Drive in collaboration with Creator’s Mind and Vats Creative Digital Solutions Private Limited on March 23, 2026 at the B. J. Sullivan Hall. The drive was conducted for the students of UG Semester 6 and PG Semester 4 with the objective of providing them with valuable career opportunities and industry exposure.
The resource persons for the event were Mr. Sachin, Director, Creators Mind; Mr. Ravi, Director, Creators Mind; and Mr. Shrikant Kumar, Head of the Department. Their presence and guidance provided students with insights into industry expectations and professional growth. The session aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate requirements while encouraging students to confidently step into the professional world.
The organisation offered multiple job opportunities to the students across various positions, including Sales Consultant, HR Executive, Script Writer, Video Creator, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Technical Head (App Development), and Government Order Specialist. These roles provided students with diverse career opportunities across creative, technical, and management domains, enabling them to explore different professional pathways.
A total of 45 students participated in the preliminary round of the personal interview, showcasing their skills, confidence, and readiness for corporate roles. The placement drive offered students an opportunity to interact directly with industry professionals and gain practical exposure to recruitment processes.
The event was coordinated by members of the placement and career counselling cell Mr. Gautam Saurabh, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce; Mr. Adweetiya Sinha, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science; Mr. Rajeev Ranjan, Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology and Dr. Satyam Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of History under the guidance of Mr. Alok John, Dean, National and International Collaboration and Consultancy Services, Patna Women’s College.
The event was moderated by Anushka Deo, Jt General Secretary, Student Council 2025-26 and the Vote of thanks was delivered by Jagriti Kumari, General Secretary, Student Council 2025-26.
The event concluded successfully with active student participation and positive engagement from the recruiting organisations.
