Patna: Knowledge Bindu Coaching Academy director Raushan Anand on Monday accused educator Faizal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, and the owner of Kisan Cold Store of conspiring to murder his younger brother, Prince Yadav.
The allegations were made shortly after Anand was released from Beur Jail, where a large number of supporters had gathered outside to welcome him.
Speaking to reporters, Anand claimed that his brother was targeted while he was in custody.
“When I was outside, nothing happened to my brother. But after I went to jail, he was killed. This was a conspiracy,” he said.
He further described Khan Sir as a “liar” and alleged that a planned conspiracy was behind the death.
Prince Yadav Found Dead in Nepal Hotel
The controversy stems from the death of Prince Yadav, whose body was found under suspicious circumstances in a hotel in Biratnagar, Nepal.
The incident has triggered widespread discussion across Bihar and on social media. According to reports, five people have been detained for questioning as investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the death.
Prince Yadav’s last rites are scheduled to be performed in Saharsa on Monday. Raushan Anand is expected to attend the funeral.
Khan Sir Sought High-Level Probe
Before Anand’s release, Khan Sir had issued a video statement expressing grief over Prince Yadav’s death and demanding a thorough investigation.
In the video, he suggested that the case appeared to involve individuals beyond those immediately linked to the incident.
“How can someone commit such an inhuman act? It appears there may be a larger conspiracy behind this. A high-level investigation should be conducted, and those found guilty should face the strictest punishment,” he said.
Political Reactions Intensify
The case has also drawn political attention.
Former Bihar minister and JJD chief Tej Pratap Yadav had earlier publicly accused Khan Sir of involvement in the case, calling the incident deeply tragic and demanding action against those responsible.
His remarks added a political dimension to a case that is already attracting significant public attention.
Investigation Continues
Authorities in Nepal and India are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding Prince Yadav’s death. So far, no investigating agency has publicly established the involvement of Khan Sir, the owner of Kisan Cold Store, or any other individual named in the allegations.
The claims made by Raushan Anand and Tej Pratap Yadav remain allegations, and the cause of death as well as responsibility for the incident are yet to be conclusively determined by investigators.
