Patna: The dispute between Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, and Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching, has intensified following the suspicious death of Anand’s brother, Prince Yadav, in Nepal.
The conflict began after a June 2 violence case involving alleged stone-pelting and gunfire outside Khan Global Studies in Patna. Following his release on bail, Roshan Anand has publicly made a series of allegations against Khan Sir, while demanding a CBI investigation into his brother’s death.
Khan Sir has denied all allegations against him and has called for a proper investigation into the matter.

Anand alleged that Khan Sir ordered the firing during the June 2 incident but that responsibility for the attack was shifted onto him. - Arrest Without Proper Investigation
He claimed Patna Police arrested him under political pressure without conducting a fair investigation into the case. - Political Protection
Anand alleged that Khan Sir enjoys the support of an influential political leader and that police action has been influenced by that backing. - Demand for Narco Analysis Test

Khan Sir’s Response
Following the death of Prince Yadav, Khan Sir released a video statement expressing support for the bereaved family.
He also called for the post-mortem report to be made public, stating that the facts should emerge through a transparent investigation.
Background: June 2 Coaching Violence Case
The controversy stems from a violent confrontation reported outside Khan Global Studies on June 2. The incident involved stone-pelting and allegations of gunfire.
An FIR was registered naming Roshan Anand and Prince Yadav as accused. Subsequently, an Arms Act case was also filed against Khan Sir. Both parties later secured bail in their respective cases.

Police officials have stated that no conclusion can be drawn regarding Prince Yadav’s death until forensic examinations are completed and the post-mortem findings are available.
