Patna: The dispute between two prominent coaching institutions in Patna has escalated after Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu GS Academy, approached Kadamkuan police station seeking the registration of an FIR against Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, alleging a conspiracy to murder his younger brother, Prince Yadav.

Roshan Anand arrived at the police station on Wednesday evening accompanied by his lawyer and submitted a written complaint alleging that Prince Yadav’s death in Nepal was the result of a premeditated criminal conspiracy.

The allegations come amid an ongoing controversy linked to clashes, vandalism and stone-pelting reported in Patna’s Musallahpur area on 2 June.

Complaint Seeks Murder Case

In his application, Roshan Anand alleged that Faisal Khan, along with several associates, orchestrated a chain of events culminating in the death of his brother in Biratnagar, Nepal.

According to the complaint, Prince Yadav’s body was found under what Anand described as “suspicious circumstances” in Room No. 102 of Shubh Hotel in Biratnagar on 13 June.

Anand alleged that the death was not accidental and claimed it was the outcome of a criminal conspiracy involving Khan Sir and others.

The complaint names Faisal Khan, Dr Ramashankar Prasad, identified as the owner of Kisan Cold Storage, and Kanhaiya Kumar Singh, manager of Khan Global Studies, among those allegedly involved.

No evidence supporting the allegations was presented publicly, and the claims have not been independently verified.

Police Cite Jurisdictional Constraints

Kadamkuan police did not immediately register an FIR.

Officials said the principal allegation relates to an incident that allegedly occurred in Nepal, raising questions about jurisdiction.

Town DSP-1 Rajesh Ranjan confirmed that legal and technical issues were being examined before any further action could be taken.

Police officials said the complaint is under review and that decisions regarding future action would be taken after consultations with senior officers.

Link To Earlier Coaching Centre Dispute

In his complaint, Roshan Anand referred to an altercation that allegedly took place on the night of 2 June between employees of Gyan Bindu GS Academy and Khan Global Studies over the removal of posters.

According to Anand, a security guard employed by his institution was injured during the incident.

He claimed that neither he, his brother Prince Yadav nor another associate named Abhishek were present at the scene.

The complaint further alleges that a gunshot incident linked to the dispute was orchestrated to create fear and subsequently used to implicate him and others in a criminal case.

Anand stated that a case registered at Kadamkuan police station following the incident led to his arrest and imprisonment.

He further claimed that subsequent investigation, including examination of CCTV footage and statements recorded by police, resulted in separate proceedings against individuals associated with Khan Global Studies.

Serious Allegations, No Official Response Yet

The complaint also refers to an alleged conspiracy targeting a bodyguard linked to the earlier case and connects those events to Prince Yadav’s death in Nepal.

Anand has urged police to register a murder case and investigate what he describes as a larger criminal conspiracy.

There was no immediate response from Faisal Khan or representatives of Khan Global Studies regarding the allegations.

Police officials said the matter remains under examination and that any future legal action will be taken in accordance with applicable law and jurisdictional requirements.
