Patna: Bollywood actors Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia visited Patna on Friday to promote their upcoming film The Vvaan: Force of the Forest, which is scheduled to release in Hindi cinemas across India on September 25.
The actors, along with producer Ektaa Kapoor and members of the film’s team, met Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary at his official residence.
Meeting With Deputy CM
Choudhary shared details of the meeting on social media platform X, saying he had a cordial interaction with Sidharth Malhotra, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ektaa Kapoor and the film’s team.
The film is based on a Bihari folktale and incorporates references to Chhath, one of Bihar’s major festivals associated with folk faith and worship of the Sun.

Film Set For September 25 Release
The Vvaan: Force of the Forest is described as an action-mystery-thriller. Its promotion in Patna comes ahead of the nationwide theatrical release on September 25.
The film’s trailer was released nine days before its theatrical opening, drawing attention to its storyline and its connection with Bihar’s cultural setting.

Director Deepak Mishra, producer Ektaa Kapoor and the lead actors received a welcome during their visit to Patna as part of the film’s promotional activities.
Online ticket bookings for the opening day are underway, with the film expected to reach cinemas across the country on September 25.
