Patna: SIS Group, a prominent security services firm with operations across India, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand, held its 40th Annual General Meeting at Hotel Maurya in Patna. The meeting was presided over by Ravindra Kishore Sinha, the Founder Chairman of the Group and a former Member of Rajya Sabha.
Founded by RK Sinha in 1974 in Patna, Bihar, SIS has grown into one of India’s top private sector employers, boasting a workforce of over 284,000. The company is listed on both the NSE and BSE and has achieved significant milestones in the financial year 2024.
During the AGM, it was revealed that SIS Group’s revenue for FY24 reached Rs. 12,261 crore, marking an 8% increase from Rs. 11,346 crore in FY23. The company’s EBITDA stood at Rs. 585 crore, a notable achievement amid financial sector challenges.
RK Sinha lauded the company’s performance, attributing its success to the dedication of its employees. He highlighted that SIS has become the leading provider of security and facility management services in India, and ranks second in the cash logistics sector. SIS serves over 22,000 customer institutions and operates across more than 62,000 locations through its 293 branches.
Rituraj Sinha, Group Managing Director, expressed confidence in SIS Group’s continued growth and industry leadership. He emphasized the role of technology in advancing security and facility management services and noted SIS’s ongoing investments in this area. He assured stakeholders of the company’s commitment to rewarding its employees and investors through sustained growth and effective management.
In addition to its core services, SIS Ventures has made strategic investments in companies like Entitled and Emoha. Entitled provides affordable loans to the underprivileged, while Emoha is dedicated to elderly care.
The AGM also celebrated SIS’s recognition as a “Great Place to Work,” reflecting the company’s positive work culture and environment.
As the Board of Directors, shareholders, and employees celebrated the company’s accomplishments, RK Sinha remarked on SIS’s solid establishment in various business sectors across all Indian states, reaffirming its position as a leader in the security and facility management industry.
