Gayaji: There is good news for passengers travelling from Gaya and nearby areas. Railways has decided to extend the operation of two special trains for the convenience of people. These trains run between Dhanbad and Jammu Tawi, and Dhanbad and Chandigarh. This decision will help passengers travel smoothly without facing any rush.
The Senior Divisional Commercial Manager and Senior Public Relations Officer of Dhanbad said that train number 03309/03310 Dhanbad-Jammu Tawi-Dhanbad Special will continue to run in July. Similarly, train number 03311/03312 Dhanbad-Chandigarh-Dhanbad Special has also been extended. The timings and stoppages of these trains will remain the same as before.
According to the new schedule, 03309 Dhanbad-Jammu Tawi Special will run on Tuesdays and Saturdays from July 1 to July 29. Its return train, 03310 Jammu Tawi-Dhanbad Special, will run on Wednesdays and Sundays from July 2 to July 30. This will benefit passengers going to Jammu for work, family visits, or tourism.
Train number 03311 Dhanbad-Chandigarh Special will operate on Tuesdays and Fridays from July 1 to July 29. Its return service, 03312 Chandigarh-Dhanbad Special, will run on Thursdays and Sundays from July 3 to July 31. Railways has requested passengers to check the official website before travelling to avoid any confusion.
