MUMBAI – SRK Music proudly showcased the transformed appearance of Bhojpuri sensation Khesari Lal Yadav in the upcoming film “Rang De Basanti,” set to release its trailer in January 2024.
The grand unveiling event in Mumbai, attended by film producers Roushan Singh and co-producer Sharmila R Singh, director Premanshu Singh, and a host of Bollywood celebrities, celebrated the film’s production and affirmed their collective dedication to its success.
Producer Roushan Singh disclosed plans for the release, with the teaser imminent and the official trailer scheduled for January 2024. A grand release date for the film will be announced shortly after.
Post the revelation of the film’s new look, Roushan Singh emphasized the inclusive nature of the Bhojpuri film industry. He advocated for expanding its reach beyond Bhojpuri speakers, introducing new talents, and ensuring a diverse cast with contributions from Bollywood personalities.
Director Premanshu Singh emphasized the uniqueness of “Rang De Basanti,” transcending the typical patriotic genre by exploring family dynamics rooted in love for the country. The film portrays the military as a passion, not just a profession, offering entertainment and a fresh perspective.
The film boasts enhanced sound quality with performances by renowned artists like Kailash Kher, Diler Mehndi, and Richa Sharma.
Lead actor Khesari Lal Yadav shared his experience, detailing challenges faced during the shoot, especially in the snowy landscapes of Kashmir. Despite adverse conditions, the team overcame difficulties to create a compelling film. Yadav urged the audience to support the film by watching it in theaters.
