In The Vvaan, Tamannaah is seen embracing a traditional Bihari appearance for a grand Chhath sequence. She wears a saree and is seen with sindoor extending up to her nose. Before filming the sequence, however, the actress reportedly went beyond preparing for the role and took time to understand Chhath Puja and the traditions associated with it.

Talking about the Chhath Puja sequence, Tamannaah Bhatia said she had always held deep respect for the festival. Before beginning the song shoot, she took time to understand its rituals and significance and learned about how Chhath is celebrated in Bihar, particularly in Patna.
The actress said she was surprised by the strength of the faith associated with the festival. She also spoke about the connection she felt with Chhathi Maiya, describing the experience as difficult to put into words.
According to Tamannaah, Chhath is an important part of The Vvaan, and she wanted to experience and portray the tradition in a meaningful way. Her comments have added further interest to the film’s Bihar-inspired sequence.

His relationship with the forest appears to go beyond the present and is linked to its ancient history. The location is believed to be protected by a divine power, but an ominous force emerges as a major threat, setting the stage for the film’s mysterious storyline.

The Vvaan is being presented by Balaji Motion Pictures, a division of Balaji Telefilms Limited, in association with TVF and 11.11 Productions.
The film features Siddharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead roles. The story has been written by Arunabh Kumar, while Deepak Mishra has directed the project.
The film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Arunabh Kumar and Neeraj Kothari. The Vvaan is scheduled to release in theatres on September 25, 2026.
