Union Minister Chirag Paswan meets Bihar Governor, invites him to Lohri feast

Patna: Chirag Paswan, the National President of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) and Union Minister for Food Processing Industries, met Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan today to extend New Year greetings. During the meeting, Paswan invited the Governor to attend a traditional Dahi-Chura feast organized by the party at its Bihar state office on One Wheeler Road, Patna, on January 14.

According to the party’s state media in-charge, Kundan Kumar, the delegation accompanying Paswan included key party leaders. Present at the Raj Bhavan were LJP (Ram Vilas) Bihar State President Raju Tiwari, Jamui MP and Bihar Organization In-Charge Arun Bharti, National General Secretary Dhananjay Mrinal, National Spokesperson Dhirendra Kumar Munna, Women’s Wing National Vice President Indu Kashyap, State Chief General Secretary Sanjay Paswan, State Parliamentary Board President Hulas Pandey, State Vice President Ashraf Ansari, Election Campaign Chief Surendra Vivek, Vice President Sanjay Singh, Youth Wing State President Ved Prakash Pandey, IT Cell State President Amit Ranu, Women’s Wing State President Shobha Sinha Paswan, SC/ST State President Parshuram Paswan, Extremely Backward State President Manoj Kumar, and Student Wing State President Prince Mrinal.

The Dahi-Chura feast, a significant tradition during the Lohri season in Bihar, will be an opportunity for the party to foster community engagement and celebrate with its supporters and well-wishers.
