Patna: Common Service Centre (CSC) operators will take charge of digital operations in the Revenue Maha-Abhiyan camps beginning Thursday, following a notification issued by the state government after cabinet approval. The decision comes amid the strike of contract workers, with officials aiming to ensure the campaign runs smoothly.
According to the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, each camp will have four computer operators responsible for registering applications on the official portal and forwarding them to revenue staff. In a single zone, up to 28 operators may be deployed.
For oversight, one supervisor will be posted at the zonal level, while two district managers will oversee the operators’ work and attendance at the district level. The department has directed zonal officers to coordinate directly with CSC district managers and coordinators to ensure registrations and application maintenance proceed without disruption.
The state has circulated contact details of CSC managers and zonal coordinators to all officers, confirming that the personnel will begin duty from Thursday.
