Patna: The stage is set for the highly anticipated Cooch Bihar Trophy clash between Bihar and Rajasthan, scheduled from November 28 to December 1 at Moinul Haque Stadium in Patna. Both teams, eager to showcase their talent, underwent intensive practice sessions on Wednesday, focusing on batting, bowling, and fielding.

The match will be officiated by referee N. Sanjay Sharma, with Mayur Wankhede and K. Ravi Teja serving as umpires, representing the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Senior video analyst Sanjay Kumar and video analyst Gulshan will handle technical analysis, while online scorer Utpal Kant and manual scorer Anshu Kiran will manage match data. Ajit Pandey has been appointed as the ACLU, and Rajiv Nandan Singh will assist as the assistant umpire.

The Bihar team, led by captain Mohd Alam and vice-captain Vasudev Prasad Singh, includes key players like Aditya Sinha and Prithvi Raj, along with wicketkeepers Mohd Taufiq and Ayush Raj. Their support staff consists of head coach Sanjay Kumar, assistant coach Mohd Rahmatullah, physio Mohd Shahwaz Ahmed Khan, trainer Abhishek Kumar, and manager Manish Anand.

Rajasthan’s squad, captained by Toshit Bhatia, features standout players such as Aabhas Shrimali, Dhruv Shetty, and Parth Yadav. Their coaching team is headed by Rakesh Batra, supported by assistant coaches Kushal Devara and Abid Khan. Physio Utkarsh Kulshrestha and trainer Kinchin Nagar will oversee the players’ fitness, while manager O P Sharma and liaisoning officer Rupak Kumar will handle logistical coordination.

Both teams appear poised and determined, promising an exciting and competitive match in this edition of the Cooch Behar Trophy.
