Patna: The Bihar government’s cabinet of ministers will convene in Patna on January 29 for a crucial meeting expected to shape the state’s policy and administrative agenda in the coming months. The meeting will be chaired by chief minister Nitish Kumar and is scheduled to begin at 4.30 pm at the Samvad conference hall on Deshratna Marg.
According to an official notification issued by the Cabinet Secretariat Department, attendance is mandatory for all cabinet ministers, including the deputy chief minister. Officials said the meeting assumes particular significance as several long-pending proposals and files related to public interest are expected to be taken up.
Sources indicated that the agenda is likely to include decisions on new development projects, administrative reforms and key financial matters that have been awaiting cabinet approval.
