Patna: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Bihar has assigned five MLAs the responsibility of coordinating organisational work across 52 districts, in a move aimed at improving alignment between the party structure and the government.
According to the party leadership, the initiative is intended to strengthen communication channels between district-level workers, elected representatives, and the state organisation.
Party Coordination Move
BJP State President Sanjay Saraogi has allocated responsibilities across different divisions, dividing organisational oversight among five MLAs based on regional clusters.
The party has stated that the appointed representatives will act as a “bridge” between the organisation and governance structure, ensuring better execution of party programmes.

Grassroots Strategy Push
Party leaders said the MLAs will remain in regular contact with district office-bearers and public representatives. They are also expected to monitor organisational activities and help implement party programmes at the grassroots level.
The BJP is working on a wider strategy to expand its outreach down to the booth level, focusing on tighter coordination between the organisation and elected representatives to improve the delivery of government schemes and political messaging.
