Patna: The Bharatiya Janata Party has concluded its two-day Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya training campaign across all constituencies of the Bankipur Assembly segment in Patna.
A large number of party workers participated in the programme, which aimed to strengthen organisational capacity and provide ideological and functional training.
The closing ceremony began with a tribute to Deendayal Upadhyaya, with speakers highlighting his philosophy of Integral Humanism as a guiding principle for the party. Leaders urged workers to incorporate these ideas into their daily activities and organisational responsibilities.
During the sessions, participants were trained in various aspects of party functioning, including booth-level strengthening, effective use of social media, promotion of government welfare schemes, and strategies for engaging with the public.
Leaders present at the event said the BJP is an ideology-driven organisation where training plays a crucial role in ensuring clarity of thought and strengthening commitment among workers.
Participants described the sessions as informative and energising, stating that the training had provided them with practical insights for grassroots-level work. The campaign, held simultaneously across all divisions, was also seen as a step towards strengthening organisational unity.
Several senior leaders attended the programme, including Ravi Shankar Prasad, along with other party officials and local representatives.
Organisers said similar training initiatives would continue in the future to further empower party workers and enhance organisational effectiveness.
