Already Serving as Assistant Commissioner
Shraddha is not new to competitive examination success. Before topping the BPSC examination, she had already cleared the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination.
In the UPPSC 2024 examination, she secured the 153rd rank in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category and was selected for the post of Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Tax).
Started Civil Services Preparation After Graduation
According to available information, Shraddha decided to pursue a career in the civil services during her college years.
She completed her graduation in 2021 with History and English Literature as her subjects. After graduating, she devoted herself full-time to competitive examination preparation.
Her efforts yielded quick results, as she cleared the Uttar Pradesh Civil Services Examination in her first attempt.
SDM Posting Likely Through Bihar Administrative Service
With 593 marks, Shraddha secured the first position in the BPSC 70th Combined Competitive Examination.
Shashank Gaurav and Ayush Bijoy jointly secured the second rank after scoring 592 marks each.
Based on the merit list and service allocation process, Shraddha is expected to receive a posting in the Bihar Administrative Service. This would place her on track to serve as a Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), fulfilling a long-standing career goal.
Success Story Inspires Aspirants
Coming from a modest background, Shraddha continued her studies and examination preparation despite limited resources.
Her achievement is being viewed as an example of how consistent effort, discipline and determination can help candidates succeed in highly competitive civil services examinations.
