Patna: A 100-bed multi-specialty hospital will be established in Dhanaut, Danapur, with an investment of Rs 20,45,43,000, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary announced on Sunday. The project, by Curemark Health Care Private Limited, has been approved under the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy, 2016.
Samrat said the initiative is expected to significantly improve access to modern medical facilities in Patna while generating new employment opportunities.
Approval for the project is conditional on the unit meeting all eligibility requirements under the state’s industrial investment promotion policy. Failure to comply will result in automatic cancellation. The financial incentive will be calculated based on actual expenditure, with grants awarded on the lower of the estimated or actual project cost, and only for items not previously subsidised.
The deputy chief minister said the Nitish Kumar-led NDA government is committed to expanding quality health services and developing Bihar as a medical hub.
