Patna: Khan Sir, founder of Khan Global Studies, has publicly responded for the first time to allegations linking him to the death of Prince Yadav, the brother of Gyan Bindu coaching institute director Roshan Anand.
Speaking in an interview with a YouTube channel, Khan Sir rejected the allegations against him and said he was being blamed without evidence for developments following the June 2 dispute at a coaching institute in Musallahpur Hat.
Rejects Allegations Over Nepal Travel
Responding to claims made by Roshan Anand, Khan Sir denied any role in Prince Yadav’s decision to flee to Nepal, where he later died under suspicious circumstances.
Roshan Anand had alleged that Prince Yadav left for Nepal after rumours of a shooting incident were circulated by Khan Sir.
Rejecting the allegation, Khan Sir said, “Did I send him to Nepal? Did I tell him to roam around with a pistol tucked in his waistband? Did I ask him to bring liquor from Nepal or kidnap someone?”
He maintained that he had no connection with Prince Yadav’s travel or subsequent death.
Refers to Criminal Cases Against Prince Yadav
During the interview, Khan Sir claimed that Prince Yadav was already facing multiple criminal cases before the June 2 incident.
According to him, Prince Yadav was named in two kidnapping cases and three cases under the Arms Act, while police were also searching for him in connection with other matters.
Khan Sir said these pending cases were the reason Prince Yadav travelled to Nepal, not any statement or action on his part.
When asked whether it was appropriate to make such remarks about a deceased person, he said he was only referring to facts related to the investigation and reiterated that he was being wrongly implicated.

Khan Sir also dismissed claims made by a man from Uttar Pradesh who had publicly identified himself as his uncle.
He said the individual was not related to him and accused him of making false claims.
Background of the Case
The controversy stems from a dispute at the Gyan Bindu coaching institute in Musallahpur Hat on the night of June 2.
Following the incident, Gyan Bindu proprietor Roshan Anand and two associates were arrested and later sent to judicial custody. Roshan Anand was subsequently granted bail.
Prince Yadav, Roshan Anand’s brother, had been absconding in connection with the case before he was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a hotel in Nepal.
The investigation also led to the arrest of two security guards employed by Khan Sir. Later, a court granted anticipatory bail to Khan Sir and two others, while the two security guards were granted regular bail.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the June 2 incident and the circumstances surrounding Prince Yadav’s death.
