Nitish Kumar is set to conclude his Samriddhi Yatra in Patna on Thursday, marking the final day of the fifth phase of the statewide outreach programme.
On the concluding day, the chief minister is scheduled to address a public meeting at Bapu Sabhagar, where extensive preparations have been completed. He will also chair a high-level review meeting with senior officials from various departments to assess the progress of development and welfare schemes in the district.
Officials said Pratyay Amrit is personally overseeing arrangements for the event.
As part of the programme, Kumar will lay the foundation stone for 612 development projects in Patna with an estimated cost of Rs 583 crore. He will also inaugurate 761 completed projects worth Rs 473 crore.
The combined initiatives, spanning infrastructure and public welfare sectors, are aimed at accelerating development in the state capital and improving service delivery.
The Samriddhi Yatra has seen the chief minister travel across multiple districts, reviewing ongoing projects and announcing new schemes. Its conclusion in Patna is expected to mark a significant push in the state’s development agenda.
