Patna: The Regional Passport Office (RPO) in Patna, under the Ministry of External Affairs, will host a Passport Adalat on November 12 at its Public Hall, 2nd Floor, Block-D, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna. The initiative is part of the RPO Patna and MEA’s ongoing Passport Seva Project, which aims to provide citizen-centric services that are efficient, accessible, and timely.
The Adalat is designed to resolve grievances related to passports and Police Clearance Certificates (PCCs) that have been pending for more than six months. The Regional Passport Officer and a team of senior officials will engage directly with applicants, attempting to address and settle issues on the spot.
Applicants whose applications were submitted on or before March 31 and remain pending are invited to express their interest in attending the Adalat. They must provide their File or ARN number to the RPO Patna either via the registered email used at the time of application (rpo.patna@mea.gov.in) or by speed post/registered post to:

All correspondence must reach the office by November 4 and should be clearly marked: “PASSPORT ADALAT – 12 November 2025”. Applicants who fail to submit the required information by this date will not be permitted to participate.
The RPO emphasised that this initiative reflects its commitment to resolving long-standing passport-related issues while enhancing the overall efficiency of the service.
