Patna : Traffic movement near Akashvani Metro Station in Patna will undergo temporary changes for around 15 days because of ongoing construction work.
The work involves shifting a gas pipeline and road construction near Natya Kala Bhavan. To facilitate the work, a section of the road will be temporarily blocked, with traffic police making arrangements to keep vehicles moving through the area.
Two-Metre Section To Be Temporarily Blocked
A roughly two-metre portion of the road in front of Natya Kala Bhavan will remain blocked during the construction period.
The restriction could affect vehicles travelling through the stretch, particularly around the work zone. Commuters have been advised to remain alert and follow the temporary traffic arrangements.
Both Lanes From Swami Nandan To Bata Mor Open
Traffic will not be completely stopped on the affected route.
The authorities have directed that both lanes between Swami Nandan and Bata Mor remain open for vehicle movement. The arrangement is intended to maintain traffic flow and reduce congestion while the construction work is underway.
Drivers Advised To Slow Down
Traffic police have advised motorists to drive slowly near the construction site and remain cautious while passing through the affected stretch.
As road work is being carried out close to the carriageway, commuters may encounter temporary changes in vehicle movement. Drivers are therefore being asked to remain attentive and avoid sudden manoeuvres near the work zone.
Follow Traffic Police Directions
Motorists have also been advised to follow the instructions of traffic police personnel deployed in the area.
Officials said cooperation from commuters will help maintain smoother traffic movement and minimise congestion during the 15-day period.
Normal Traffic After Work Is Completed
The temporary traffic arrangement will remain in place for approximately 15 days, depending on the progress of the construction work.
Once the gas pipeline shifting and road construction are completed, traffic movement near Akashvani Metro is expected to return to the regular arrangement.
