Patna: The Placement and Career Counselling Cell of Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) organised a placement drive in collaboration with IFT Consultants Pvt Ltd, giving students an opportunity to interact with industry professionals and explore careers in the corporate sector.
Students from Patna Women’s College, Anugrah Narayan College (A.N. College), Patna, and BIT Mesra participated in the programme.
The IFT Consultants team travelled from Delhi for the event and included Pratik Vimal, CEO and founder; Prasun Jaiswal, co-founder; Khushboo Jain, marketing and growth strategist; and Anushka Bera, HRBP.
Industry Insights And Recruitment
The company representatives interacted with students and discussed employability, industry expectations, professional skills and career opportunities.
The interaction was followed by a campus recruitment process for positions including Sales Executive, Business Development Executive and Marketing Executive, along with other roles in sales and marketing.
The programme provided students with an opportunity to understand corporate expectations and engage directly with professionals involved in recruitment and business operations.
The event was anchored by Sonal, general secretary of the Student Council, and coordinated by Adweetiya Sinha, Gautam Saurabh and Rajiv Ranjan.
Janvi proposed the vote of thanks at the conclusion of the programme.
The Placement and Career Counselling Cell said such initiatives are aimed at strengthening industry-academia interaction and creating further opportunities for students’ career development and employment.
