Patna: The thirteenth day of Summer Camp 2026 at Patna Women’s College began with a yoga session, where participants practised various asanas as part of the camp’s daily fitness activities.
Following the yoga session, an Athletic Throws training programme was conducted for the participants. The session was led by Dr. Manjula Sushila, Sports Coordinator, and Quazi Bushra Ahmed, Sports Teacher, at the college.

Training in Track and Field Events
During the session, participants were introduced to the basic rules and techniques of three field events—Shot Put, Discus Throw and Javelin Throw.
The trainers explained the correct methods and fundamental skills required for each discipline. Participants were also given an opportunity to apply the techniques through practical activities and demonstrations.
According to the organisers, all participants actively engaged in the training exercises conducted during the session.

Camp Conducted Under Sports Department Supervision
The summer camp is being organised under the supervision of Dr. Manjula Sushila and Quazi Bushra Ahmed. The programme is being supported by Sports Secretary Richa Kumari and Joint Sports Secretary Khushi Kumari.
Organisers said the camp aims to promote physical fitness, sports awareness and skill development among participants through a range of structured activities.
The day’s programme concluded with the dispersal of participants following the completion of the scheduled sessions.
