Motihari: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to arrive in Bihar today, marking his fifth visit to the state this year, as the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) intensifies its efforts ahead of the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. During his visit, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for development schemes worth more than Rs 7000 crore.
The Prime Minister’s minute-to-minute schedule indicates a tightly packed itinerary.
PM Modi’s Itinerary: From Delhi to Bengal via Bihar
Prime Minister Modi will depart from Delhi Airport at 8:50 AM. He is scheduled to reach Darbhanga Airport at 10:30 AM, from where he will take a helicopter to Motihari, departing at 10:35 AM.
By 11:20 AM, PM Modi will arrive at the helipad of Motihari Police Line, proceeding by road to Gandhi Maidan, where he is expected to reach by 11:30 AM.
The Prime Minister will spend from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at Gandhi Maidan in Motihari. During this period, he will address a public meeting for approximately 45 minutes and perform the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremonies for projects exceeding Rs 7000 crore. At 12:45 PM, he will depart from Gandhi Maidan by road, reaching Motihari Police Line at 12:50 PM.
Following the program in Bihar, PM Modi will leave for West Bengal. He will depart from Motihari via helicopter at 12:55 PM, reaching Darbhanga Airport at 1:40 PM, and from there, he will fly to Durgapur, West Bengal, arriving at 2:35 PM.
Mega Rally and Bihar’s Development Focus
Grand preparations have been made at Gandhi Maidan for the public meeting, with 6 to 7 large hangars installed to provide shade for attendees. Organizers anticipate a massive turnout, with reports suggesting that 4 lakh people will gather for the event.
Prime Minister Modi’s continuous focus on Bihar, dubbed “Mission Bihar,” is evident in his frequent visits. This marks his 52nd visit to the state overall and the fifth this year alone. So far, Bihar has received development schemes worth an estimated Rs 80,000 crore under his tenure, underscoring the central government’s commitment to the state’s progress.
