Patna: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that the government will establish fast-track courts to ensure the speedy disposal of paper leak cases, saying the move is aimed at protecting students’ futures and restoring confidence in the country’s examination system.

Government Prioritises Students’ Future
The Prime Minister said the welfare and future of young people remain among the government’s highest priorities. He added that instructions have already been issued to the concerned departments and officials to take the necessary steps for setting up fast-track courts to deal with paper leak cases.
According to PM, the objective is to ensure that such cases are not delayed in the judicial process and that those found guilty receive punishment at the earliest under the law.
Focus on Speedy Justice
The proposed fast-track courts are expected to accelerate hearings in paper leak cases, reducing prolonged legal proceedings that often delay accountability.
