Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, who arrived in New Delhi on an official visit on Thursday, received a warm welcome in the national capital before holding a key meeting with IAS and IPS officers of the Bihar cadre.
The meeting focused on Bihar’s development, governance priorities and the state’s future roadmap. Discussions were held on accelerating the vision of a “Developed Bihar” through administrative reforms and improved implementation of government schemes.
During the interaction, the officers shared suggestions and experiences related to governance, public administration and development initiatives in the state. Several proposals concerning administrative efficiency, infrastructure development and policy execution were also discussed.

Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary urged the officers to work collectively towards taking Bihar to “new heights of development”. Deliberations during the meeting also covered future strategies relating to infrastructure, investment, education, healthcare and employment generation.
Earlier in the day, the chief minister paid a courtesy visit to Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan in New Delhi.
He also met Rajya Sabha MP and Janata Dal (United) national executive president Sanjay Jha at his residence, where discussions were held on a range of issues.
