New Delhi: Candidates awaiting the UGC-NET June 2026 results may soon have their wait over. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the final answer keys and results for UGC-NET June 2026 will be published on its official website this week.
The announcement was made through an update shared by NTA, advising candidates to rely only on official communications for information regarding the results.
UGC-NET results to be released for 84 subjects
According to the NTA update, the final answer keys and results for UGC-NET June 2026 covering 84 subjects will be released this week.
The examination is conducted to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor positions and PhD admissions.
NTA’s website currently lists notices related to the UGC-NET June 2026 examination, including the provisional answer key challenge process.
CSIR-NET and ICAR entrance results also expected
The announcement also covers the results of the Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 examination and the ICAR AIEEA (PG) and AICE (PhD) 2026 examinations.
Candidates appearing for these examinations are also advised to monitor the NTA website for the release of their final answer keys and results.
UGC-NET June 2026 examination conducted in June
NTA conducted the UGC-NET June 2026 examination between June 22 and June 30, 2026, across 87 subjects. The agency subsequently announced a re-conduct of the English, Commerce and Sociology papers for affected candidates.
The final results will be prepared after the completion of the answer-key challenge process and related examination procedures.
Candidates advised to check official NTA updates
NTA has specifically advised candidates to depend only on its official communications and avoid relying on unverified information circulating on social media.
Once released, candidates will be able to check their results and final answer keys through the relevant examination portal on the NTA website.
