Begusarai: The Government of Bihar’s Labor Resources Department is continuing its efforts to address the issue of educated unemployment through its ongoing job placement campaign. A job camp is scheduled to take place on February 20 at the District Employment Office in Begusarai, with the aim of providing employment opportunities for 90 unemployed individuals.
District Employment Officer Rana Amitesh confirmed that the camp will be held in the Labor Resources Building, located within the ITI campus near Panhans Chowk. Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited will conduct the recruitment for seven different positions, with a target of hiring 90 candidates. The age limit for applicants is set between 18 and 32 years.
Positions Available and Qualifications:
The minimum qualification required for most of the positions is matriculation, with graduate qualifications considered for higher posts. The available positions include Customer Relation Officers, SMTs, Assistant Branch Managers, Branch Credit Managers, and Branch Managers, with varying qualifications and experience requirements.
- 20 posts for Customer Relation Officers and 20 posts for SMTs (Matriculation required)
- 10 posts for Assistant Branch Manager and 10 posts for Branch Credit Manager (Graduate fresher eligible)
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience for the remaining Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Credit Manager, and Branch Manager positions.
Salary packages for the positions will range from ₹13,525 to ₹30,000 per month. Employees will also benefit from additional perks, including ESIC, PF, gratuity, mediclaim, and health insurance. The job locations will cover several districts, including Begusarai, Lakhisarai, Madhepura, Saharsa, Supaul, and Jamui.
To ensure smooth participation, candidates must be registered on the National Career Service (NCS) portal at www.ncs.gov.in. Applicants are required to bring necessary documents, including biodata, Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, bike papers, educational certificates, caste certificate, bank passbook, and two passport-sized photographs.
