However, Bihar and surrounding regions are bracing for rapid changes in the weather, particularly in the evening.

The morning forecast for Patna and most parts of the state predicts prevailing fog, with lighter levels expected in the Himalayan foothills. The chilly conditions in the morning and evening are likely to persist, creating a shivering start to the day.
