Patna: The city will witness extensive traffic restrictions and diversions on November 14, when votes for 14 Patna assembly constituencies are counted at A.N. College. Counting will begin at 8 a.m., but traffic curbs will take effect from 5 a.m., with authorities advising the public to avoid the area unless necessary.
According to Patna Traffic Police, all routes surrounding A.N. College will remain closed to general traffic during counting hours. Emergency vehicles—including ambulances, fire engines, and those on judicial duty—will be permitted.
