The Transport Secretary also instructed the scrapping of old, unserviceable vehicles in the BSRTC premises. Fifteen dilapidated buses have been identified for scrapping, and these will be auctioned off. The area will be cleared and used for improved operations. Additionally, under the PM-e Bus Seva Yojana, fifty new e-buses will be introduced in Gaya. Infrastructure and charging stations will be developed, with route selections underway to ensure better local transportation services. Agarwal asked the concerned officials to ensure that all plans are implemented smoothly, in coordination with Assistant District Transport Officer Baby Kumari and Assistant Regional Manager Operations, Gaya.
