Patna: Aryabhatta Knowledge University Participates in Semicon India 2024 Program Inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi
Patna: Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU) participated in the Semicon India 2024 program, inaugurated today by Prime Minister Narendra Modi via video conferencing. The event is part of India’s push to establish itself as a global leader in the semiconductor industry.
The event at AKU was presided over by Vice Chancellor Prof. Sharad Yadav, who emphasized India’s growing prominence in the semiconductor sector. He attributed this success to the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and the government’s initiatives such as the New Education Policy and the Make in India campaign.
“India is giving global leadership in the semiconductor industry today. Our talent is being recognized not only within the country but across the world. This success is backed by the continuous efforts of the Narendra Modi government at the Center,” Prof. Yadav said. He also highlighted the vital role of semiconductors in technologies ranging from mobile devices to satellites, stressing the importance of India’s contribution in making the country a global semiconductor producer.
The university organized a special session in the conference hall, where faculty, students, and staff from various departments gathered to participate in the event. The program provided an opportunity to discuss the potential of the semiconductor industry and how India can further its standing on the global stage.
