Patna: The Bihar unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party will organise a two-day district-level training workshop in the Patna metropolitan area under the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Mega-Campaign 2026’. The programme will be held at Usha Resort near Mahadev Sthan in Patna City.
The workshop is aimed at strengthening the party organisation and training district-level cadres on organisational functioning, coordination and expansion strategies.
Nitin Nabin To Inaugurate Workshop
According to party leaders, BJP National President Nitin Nabin will inaugurate the workshop on May 23. He is expected to address party workers on coordination between the organisation and the government, organisational responsibilities, and the party’s expansion plans.
Leaders said he will also speak about the BJP’s organisational history and political development.
Senior Leaders To Conduct Sessions
Several senior BJP leaders and state office bearers are scheduled to participate in the training sessions. The programme will focus on organisational principles, party ideology and internal ethics.
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary will attend the concluding session of the workshop. He is expected to brief cadres on the state government’s welfare schemes and discuss the role of the party organisation in implementing them effectively.
Focus On Organisation-Government Coordination
BJP Bihar State President Sanjay Saraogi is also scheduled to address participants. Party leaders said his session will focus on coordination between the organisation and the government, along with strategies for organisational expansion.
Mrityunjay Kumar Jha, BJP State Training Chief and chairman of the Bihar Sanskrit Education Board, said preparations for the workshop were underway with active participation from district office bearers.
Cadres From Across District To Participate
Party officials said all district-level cadres are expected to participate in the training programme. Organisers said the workshop has generated enthusiasm among party workers, with district units engaged in arrangements for the event.
The BJP said the programme is intended to provide comprehensive organisational training to cadres at the district level.
