Addressing the participants, Prof Keshari said the portal would play an important role in promoting transparency and digital governance in higher education in line with the National Education Policy (NEP).
He urged college administrations to complete all technical and administrative preparations on schedule to ensure a smooth admission process for students.
Principals raise operational concerns

University officials discussed the concerns and issued guidance aimed at resolving operational challenges before the commencement of the admission cycle.
Postgraduate course structure explained
The meeting also reviewed changes to postgraduate education under the evolving academic framework.
Officials informed participants that both one-year and two-year postgraduate programmes would be offered. Students completing a three-year undergraduate degree or six semesters would be eligible for two-year postgraduate courses.
