Patna: Bihar Museum has invited applications for an internship programme under the Mukhyamantri Pratigya Yojana, offering young graduates an opportunity to gain professional experience in art and culture, digital media and data management.
According to the official notification, the internship is available in two functional areas — Inter-Media Assistant and Data Management & MIS Reporting. A total of four candidates will be selected for the programme.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Inter-Media Assistant position must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Fine Arts (BFA or MFA).
Applicants from Commerce or Management backgrounds are eligible to apply for the Data Management & MIS Reporting role.
Stipend and Duration
Ashok Kumar Sinha, Additional Director of Bihar Museum, said the internship will run for three months.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 6,000. Interns who are not residents of Patna will also be eligible for an additional Rs 2,000 per month towards accommodation, taking the total monthly financial assistance to Rs 8,000.
