| Category | Before | After |

More Opportunities For Medical Aspirants
Education experts believe the expansion will improve access to medical education in Bihar by creating more seats for students from the state while attracting applicants from elsewhere in India.
The increase is also expected to ease competition for admissions to some extent and could influence admission cut-offs in both government and private medical colleges.
The additional capacity comes as Bihar continues to expand its medical education infrastructure in an effort to produce more doctors and strengthen the state’s healthcare workforce.
