Patna: Roshan Anand, Director of Gyan Bindu Coaching Academy, has been granted bail and is expected to travel to Saharsa to attend the last rites of his brother, Prince Yadav, who died under suspicious circumstances in Nepal.

Roshan Anand had been lodged in jail in connection with a case related to an alleged disturbance and firing incident at a coaching institute. His earlier bail petition had reportedly been rejected. However, following the death of his brother, the court granted him bail, providing relief to the family during the bereavement.

Investigation Into Prince Yadav’s Death

Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding Prince Yadav’s death in Nepal. According to available information, five people have been detained in connection with the case.

The incident has drawn attention in Bihar due to Prince Yadav’s alleged involvement in another ongoing matter linked to a dispute outside a coaching institute in Patna.

Prince Yadav Was Named in Earlier FIR

Prince Yadav was among those named in an FIR lodged by Khan Sir following a disturbance outside his coaching centre on June 2.

The FIR related to an alleged protest and firing incident near the coaching premises. The matter remains under investigation.

Khan Sir Calls for Thorough Probe

Reacting to Prince Yadav’s death in a video statement, Khan Sir expressed grief and called for a comprehensive investigation.

“I was devastated when I heard the news; it was a shocking blow. My heart was shaken after watching the video. What could be a more difficult time for a family than this? May God grant them the strength to endure this trying period,” he said.

He further stated that the incident appeared to involve a third party and urged authorities to conduct a high-level inquiry to identify and punish those responsible.

Political Demand for Humanitarian Relief

Tej Pratap Yadav had earlier appealed for humanitarian relief for Roshan Anand following Prince Yadav’s death.

In a post on X, Tej Pratap Yadav expressed condolences to the family and demanded the immediate arrest of those responsible for the killing.

He also urged the government to release Roshan Anand from jail on humanitarian grounds, or alternatively grant him temporary parole, so that he could attend his brother’s final rites and pay his last respects.

Family Prepares for Final Rites

With bail now granted, Roshan Anand is expected to join family members in Saharsa for the funeral ceremonies of Prince Yadav.

Police investigations into the death are continuing, and authorities have not yet disclosed further details regarding the motive or circumstances behind the incident.
