Patna: Delhi Public School, Patna East, celebrated its annual function, Symphony 2024-25 – Where the World Resonates as One, with an evening of music, dance, and drama on Sunday. The event, held on the school campus, featured performances by students from Classes III and IV, highlighting their artistic and creative talents.

The programme began at 5pm with the arrival of guests, parents, and teachers. Chief guest Vivek Kumar Singh, Chairman, RERA Bihar, attended the event alongside Amit Prakash, the school’s pro-vice chairman, principal Dr Rakesh Alfred, deputy head Md Ashfaque Iqbal, and primary director Geeta S.

Following the traditional lighting of the lamp and a felicitation ceremony for the dignitaries, the evening opened with Nritya Sutra, a graceful dance performance. The school’s annual report, detailing academic, sporting, and extracurricular achievements, was then presented.

A display of acrobatic yoga and karate showcased the students’ agility and discipline, followed by a prize distribution ceremony recognising excellence in various fields. One of the highlights of the event was The Wondrous Kids, a musical play that engaged the audience with its energetic performances and engaging narrative.

The evening concluded with Tarang, a vibrant grand finale blending dance and music. Symphony 2024-25 was a celebration of creativity and collaboration, with students, teachers, and parents contributing to its success. The event left the audience with cherished memories and a reflection of the school’s commitment to holistic education.
