Patna: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has intensified his campaign on electoral integrity by releasing a new newsletter following his 16-day Voter Adhikar Yatra in Bihar.
In the publication, shared in both Hindi and English with an option for subscription, the Congress leader accuses the BJP and the Election Commission of colluding to “steal votes” and “rig elections.” The party amplified the charge on X, posting that Gandhi’s fight against “vote theft” had grown into a mass movement to protect democratic rights.

The newsletter highlights figures from a press conference where Gandhi claimed to have uncovered more than 100,000 fake voters in Bengaluru Central constituency. He detailed five methods of what he described as systematic manipulation: 11,965 duplicate voters, 40,009 false or invalid addresses, 33,692 misuses of Form 6, 10,452 bulk registrations at a single address, and 4,132 invalid photographs.
The Congress leader wrote: “1,00,250 votes have been stolen. This fight against vote theft has now become a mass movement to protect our right to vote.”
The newsletter also recaps Gandhi’s Bihar Yatra, citing major rallies in Aurangabad, Sitamarhi and Araria, as well as engagements in Purnia where he met farmers. It includes lighter moments too – a bullet bike ride with RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, conversations with YouTubers, tea-and-pakora sessions with alliance partners, and meetings with young supporters described as the “future of Bihar.”
